Pricing FAQ

The monthly fee is waived for the first month on all plans. If you cancel during the first month, no charges will be incurred. Regular monthly billing begins from the second month.

When you reach the monthly answer limit, the AI question feature pauses. You can still view and manage your documents. Upgrade your plan or wait for the reset on the 1st of next month.

Upgrades take effect immediately with the new response limit applied. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

You can cancel anytime from the 'Plan Settings' in the dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the billing period. Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation in a downloadable state. After 30 days, all original files, vectors, and search indexes are permanently deleted. Backup deletion is completed within 90 days of cancellation.

It resets on the 1st of every month. Unused answers do not carry over to the next month.

Users are unlimited on all plans. Folder limits are: Free: 1, Light: 5, Standard: 10, Pro: 30. Files per folder: Free: 30, Light: 100, Standard/Pro: 300. Max file size is 30MB.
